Good News!
Leonora had a check up with the doctor today. He said that although the numbers from her most recent blood draw were not perfect, but good enough that he thought it was time to end her antibiotics! Yay!! So, tomorrow she will get her picc line out with the home health nurse, and we will see the doctor again in two weeks to see how she is doing! This is great news for me as well as for her. I don't have to stay up late or wake up early to make sure she gets her dose at the right time. Yay!! More sleep! or at least a choice between staying up or sleeping...

oh wow, I am glad she is getting those antibiotics out of her body!
I'm really glad to hear that she is doing better! I had to go through that when I was about 3, I spent time in the hospital with tubes, and I can still remember the drain tube they put in my chest. I really hope she is young enough that she won't remember that when she gets older.
I wish you luck with getting back to normal!
